5 haunted places in Singapore

1.       Bukit Brown or commonly known as Sua Coffee ( Coffee Hill ) is the burial place for the descendants of China , which opened in 1922 . Place is named after the first land owner , George Henry Brown . Several witnesses reported seeing the ghost kuntilanak hiding in the trees in the cemetery . The demons would laugh and broke the silence of the night .

2.       Hillview Hillview Mansion is located on top of Hill , who is also known as the Green House ( some refer to the Blue House ) . Reportedly , the house is haunted by a family who died in a house fire incident and remodeling homes can never be solved because of the interference of evil spirits . This private mansion was destroyed in 2004

3.       Changi Commando Barracks used to house 15,400 British and Australian soldiers during World War II . The place was then taken over by SAF after independence and is used as a base for the commandos . Reportedly , the place is haunted by World War II prisoners who died of torture and starvation .

4.       Punggols Matilda House was built by Joseph Cashin in 1902 and abandoned in the seventies . According to the story , there are evil spirits that occupy the empty house and would kill anyone who tried to get in there . The empty house is now fenced and fitted with CCTV .

5.       Old Changi Hospital be the most haunted places in Singapore . Built in 1935 as a British military hospital , where it was later occupied by the Japanese in World War II . The hospital was officially closed in 1997 . The patient was transferred to Changi General Hospital . According to the story , the local community often heard shouting and shadows are milling about in some wards , which reportedly often used as a torture chamber prisoner by Japanese soldiers .
